Landon was excellent. He helped us pair our new thermostat (which Aztil installed earlier this month) to our phones. He arrived at about 2:30 PM (a bit outside the 10 AM to 2 PM window we were given) but this is not his fault. I would welcome him again to service our AC unit.

Our maintenance provider was outstanding. He checked everything that needed to be checked, and they gave me advice to enhance the overall system. I am going to request him, and hope he is available, anytime I need any maintenance done

We have Aztil’s maintenance package and it truly comes in handy- we’ve been using the service for 4 years since moving here. It’s helpful with emergencies as they send a team right away considering my comfort and health. Sabrina and Jack (the team behind the scenes) were very helpful, kind, and it’s a fair price. We trust Lazaro that he will always do the right thing by and go above and beyond. Our air conditioning unit is working better than ever before. Lazaro is an asset to the team. Ask for him!

Dana hopefully fixed the problem we had with leaking refrigerant. He was competent and respectful.

Today I had a repair/replacement done by Alex Molina Alex is knowledgeable and explains what has to be done and it will be done He is very polite, cleans up after himself and never complained about being in the sun for the number of hours that he had to be there to work If anybody needs work and is lucky enough for Alex Molina to be your tech all will be done right Thank you, Alex Update: Today Brandon was my technician for a repair He went above and beyond what I could have expected. He made sure that any problem that could have occurred didn’t He is polite, has a very clean and neat appearance He cleans up for himself. I hope that if I have another issue, that it is Brandon who is assigned My cost included a one year service contract. THANK YOU BRANDON!!
