We've had to call someone out to repair our air conditioning system 4 times in the past year and the system itself is only 4 years old. So today, we called Aztil Air Conditioning and Paul G. came out. Paul was able to quickly assess the problem. Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and quite honestly one of the friendliest & most honest people I've ever dealt with. It was a pleasure to work with Paul! Aztil Air is the only company I will call from now on.

On time, efficient, thorough

I cannot speak highly enough of our super kind technician, Randy, who came out to assess our AC today. Randy took the time to walk us through photos of the issues in our AC and offered to take care of it ASAP as he already had the parts in his truck - LOVE the preparedness! Aztil Air Conditioning is superior and we will request Randy on a go forward basis. UPDATE 6/17/25 - Exceptional Service from True Professionals - Highly Recommend! We recently had our ducts cleaned and sealed, plus our dryer vent serviced by Jordan and Hero from Aztil Air Conditioning, and I cannot say enough good things about their work. From the moment they arrived, these two demonstrated exactly what professional service should look like. What impressed us most was their commitment to education - they took the time to walk both my husband and me through every step of the process, explaining not just what they were doing, but why it mattered for our home's efficiency and air quality. It's rare to find technicians who are so patient and thorough in their explanations. Our AC’s UV light had given out from age and the Florida climate, and Aztil came out and took care of us the same day. Dana patiently answered all of Thomas’s questions and showed him what was being done along the way, so we understood exactly what was going on with our system. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. Highly recommend Aztil, and ask for Dana!

Air condition was not working properly at my condo. I had not been to the condo for five months. Antonio was dispatched immediately to my house and he found the problem in three minutes and repaired it. He also fully explained what the air duct team had done for me in June. I was not at My Condo when this massive work was done for me by the air duct team. I was so happy that Antonio was able to explain everything for me so that I fully understood what was going on with my air duct repair. Antonio is a real gentleman and has a great deal of knowledge. Kudos to you, Antonio. I did not have to pay for this service because I have a contract with Aztil. It is well worth the money.
