Dana was great! He came out to take care of the items that needed to be addressed after our AC inspection and was professional and communicative throughout the entire visit. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and let me know what the next steps would be before leaving. I was also working remotely while he was here, and he was very mindful and respectful of that, which I really appreciated. He left everything clean with no mess behind. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable — I would definitely recommend Dana as a technician!
