Ramon from Aztil Air Conditioning was our tech. Before arriving Ramon reached out to let us know he was assigned to our house. He also gave us an ETA on when he would be arriving and was punctual. That was a major positive to us. Upon arrival he was very professional and respectful. He introduced himself and asked us questions before proceeding with the service.
