Paul Gross and Dana Dessault were professional and through. Even the initial phone call with the office was great. I had an emergency (AC Compressor was shot) and they got someone to my place the next morning and was able to diagnose and order the necessary part for deliver the next day. I would 100% recommend them and get a service contract with them to ensure your appliances are serviced and maintained regularly.

On March 22nd my air conditioning stopped working properly (it was set to 75 but was not running efficiently and customer service scheduled a quick date for repair. Niko Garza was the technician they sent and he was very professional, friendly and explained what was being done. He was very thorough and made sure everything was resolved before he left. I would recommend Niko for any A/C repair.
