10/28/2024 - today technician Juan Ortega completed work on our unit that included the installation of a UV light and a unit air sanitizer. Juan is knowledgeable, courteous, and was always very professional. We are grateful for his service and attention to detail!

Today (3/8/2024) we had our air vents cleaned by Ricardo and his associate. The two gentlemen were on time, respectful and efficient. They completed the task in a reasonable time. If anything was found, Ricardo explained to me what it was and how to avoid it going forward. Weare very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use the service again; hopefully with the same team!

Niko was fabulilous. Diagnosis and repair was done quickly and efficiently
The air conditioning was not working and power was not reaching the unit. Niko was extremely responsive and quick to show up to the house and resolve the issue. Once he got here he figured out the problem within 10 minutes and fixed the issue. We highly recommend Niko.

We have a service contract and when I called Aztil on a Saturday morning because my AC was not working, they came out that day. Dana was the technician. He was thorough, patient, and explained the situation. He quoted me a price for the remediation job needed, had me e-sign the contract. He contacted me for scheduled date which was 3 days later. He came when he said, and did the job .
