Dana was great! He came out to take care of the items that needed to be addressed after our AC inspection and was professional and communicative throughout the entire visit. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and let me know what the next steps would be before leaving. I was also working remotely while he was here, and he was very mindful and respectful of that, which I really appreciated. He left everything clean with no mess behind. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable — I would definitely recommend Dana as a technician!

I called Aztil late in the day when my thermostat stopped working and the temperature inside was very high. They sent Michael out that night. He fixed the issue, was very polite and explained what happened. I had no charge as the system is still under warranty. Great service!!

Lazaro did an excellent job on the entire AC system. Tweaking that and tuning this to get my system working at a high level. His biggest accomplishment was cleaning the condenser coils outside, and when he was finished, the coils were shining like new moneyHe is very thorough and a good representative for Aztil

Antonio is an Excellent technician. He came and the first he did was taking pictures of the ac then HE SEND ME THE PICTURES RIGHT AWAY and address the actual state of my AC. He even talked to my son-in-law, which I appreciated. The previous technician even I asked him to write for me what was wrong with my AC. He simply told me he already sent me a text with the explanation which he never did , he only send a an estimated for the new unit. Antonio should train him how to deal with a customer.

Their manager went out of her way to make sure that we had our air conditioner fixed quickly and she supplied us with a cooling station so that we could sleep through the night without air conditioning. Dana was efficient and very personable . He made sure that when he left that our air conditioning was working correctly with our new compressor.
