I recently got a dog and was worried about my grandchild’s allergies. Paul came to my home and suggested the blue light with air purifier. I purchased it. 2 days later Dana came to install. They were both very professional and didn’t mind answering my many questions. The install was quick and Dana made sure I understood everything about the system before he left. I had amazing service by Paul G he was so professional and explained the entire process and was very knowledgeable. He treated me like I was part of his family.He was extremely polite and kind and understanding of my situation! Dana evaluated a recurring line back up in our AC today. He determined that we need to reroute the drain line and provided a workable option for where to put it. He was able to install the new line same day, and got our unit up and running in just a couple of hours. He communicated the issue clearly and what solution was needed. And he left the work area clean and neat. I would definitely be happy to have Dana work on our systems in the future.
