Everything from the initial call in for my system not working (an AI voice which was completely responsive and believable), to the initial visit from Jeff Peralta who examined why our system was not working and told us (and SHOWED us why) we needed a new system, to the two installers (Angel and Yusnier) and who came on two days (they were both excellent - knew EXACTLY what needed to be done and knew HOW to do it), and with good humor. The AZTIL experience was superb. I heartedly recommend AZTIL.

Aztil Update: Just had Aztil come in to service my AC as well as install a new water heater. They are the best and that is why I use them and continue to recommend them. The technicians were Tino, Angel and Yusnier and they were fabulous. They were excellent and very professional, personable and extremely efficient. There work was very clean and they protected my apartment during the install process. They did not leave before insuring everything worked as it should. I would give them six stars if I could.
Great company with wonderful technicians as well as excellent office staff communication.

Toni did a fantastic job! I believe he also did a very thorough job in all areas of our AC unit. He advised us of some areas of our unit that was building up mold and what needed to be done. The concern I had was why no other techs that come out every 6 months hadn’t brought this to our attention. Toni is very personable and he took the time to explain everything to us and I could tell that he is concerned about customer satisfaction. Appreciated all his efforts. Excellent Tech! We will request him to come back in 6 months again!

Aztil has always been a very reliable and professional company, and Nico was a terrific and professional technician who was able to diagnose our problem. We were just surprised that our out-of-pocket was almost $2000 even with a maintenance contract and a warranty on the compressor.

We just had our A/C unit serviced by Michael King who was terrific and fixed our drain clog. He was friendly, professional and made a great recommendation to fix our drain clog long term to avoid future headaches. He installed the new Drain IV in the same visit. Highly recommend and we are hopeful that this solution will truly give us peace of mind.
