Michael came to install a thermostat upgrade. He was on time, very professional, personable and respectful. He did not have the part with him, contacted his team lead and patiently waited for him to deliver the thermostat. When installing it he contacted co-workers to assist when set-up had some issues to ensure he got it right. He would not leave until the system was functioning as it should. Entered drawing for ugliest AC. Unfortunately didn’t win but happy for the winner . Offered a $19 maintenance which I happily accepted. Technician showed for the appointment and after a misunderstanding where we were going to be charged $79 we ended up not paying anything for a maintenance that surpassed any maintenance we have had before. The main drain line clogged causing issues with in the air handler unit. An Excellent and Very Professional andTechnician, Lazaro Powery, responded to my Service Call. He cleaned out the Air Handler unit and drain line and checked out the iFLO Pro system. Additionally, he verified my entire HVAC system was operating correctly. I had an emergency (AC Compressor was shot) and they got someone to my place the next morning and was able to diagnose and order the necessary part for deliver the next day. On March 22nd my air conditioning stopped working properly (it was set to 75 but was not running efficiently and customer service scheduled a quick date for repair. Niko Garza was the technician they sent and he was very professional, friendly and explained what was being done. He was very thorough and made sure everything was resolved before he left. I would recommend Niko for any A/C repair.
The a/c is again running great.
